Review of Sunfox Games casino software

Sunfox Games is an online betting software developer that develops games that are offered to casino operators. The company was founded in 2011 and specializes in slots, although they also offer consulting and re-skinning of games. The group was eventually purchased by Playtech, and their games are now integrated into the giant's gaming platform. This gives them a wide distribution network and provides stability for the smaller developer.

The company hasn't developed a huge number of games, but I will say that the quality of the titles is fantastic, as you get wonderful high definition visuals combined with compelling features. The themes of the games are more or less standard, as you get some based on fairy tales, whereas others are based on wildlife or gameshows. That's not to say that everything is cookie cutter, as you get some weird games as well with the likes of Satsumo's Revenge, and Bowling Frenzy.

Sunfox is licensed in both Malta and the United Kingdom, giving Sunfox the chance to deploy their games through the Playtech platform. This means you'll see Sunfox at big sites like videoslots.com and CasinoEuro, but you'll also see their stuff dropping alongside Playtech's own games.

With the acquisition by Playtech the future of Sunfox is bright. The group has the stability that a lot of smaller devs don't get, and when you combine that with the high quality of their games, you just get the feeling that they'll be around for a while. I would like to see them expanding to work in some other verticals such as table games or video poker machines, but I'm very happy to keep playing slots as long as they continue being fun.
