This week it was revealed that the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board has fined live dealer group Evolution for allowing someone into its live dealer studio in Philadelphia.
The regulator worked with Evolution to come to a consent agreement, which will see the group paying $7,500 for allowing the man into the facility. The man was able to access various areas inside the studio, including a dressing room where employees set up for work.
No comment from Evolution was available at press time.
In other regulatory news, the regulator announced that three people have been banned from all gambling in the Keystone State for leaving children in vehicles in order to gamble. The state seems to issue news of these bans every month in order to remind people to not leave minors unattended in vehicles in order to gamble. In addition to the bans, it's possible that criminal charges will come forward.

I'd die to see some random dude walk up to one of these blackjack tables expecting to play. 😂😂
That's so strange! Evolution has such strict policies so I wonder how that even managed to happen. And what was he trying to do there?
For sure. I wonder if he just wandered in from a door being left unlocked or something.
