BetMGM, New York Jets Partner on Blackjack Event

Gaming operator BetMGM announced this week that it has partnered with former New York Jets players Tony Richardson and Wayne Chrebet to through their 'Kickoff With The Stars' blackjack event, which will be broadcast to players online.

The event will take place at Evolution's live dealer studio located in Atlantic City, New Jersey on September 5th and will allow players to interact with the players while participating in real money live dealer blackjack. Customers will be able to log in from the state of New Jersey between 7:30 pm and 10 pm during the event to participate, with the chance to live chat with the duo.

While there are a number of sponsorships tied between football teams and operators, this is the first one we've come across that includes players directly interacting with celebrities during an event. It's a possibility that this is the first event in a line of many that'll be showcasing celebrities in limited markets.
