Aristocrat Completes NeoGames Purchase

Betting group Aristocrat announced today that it has finalised the purchase of online gaming software group NeoGames and will create the brand Aristocrat Interactive to provide games to betting operators moving forward.

Aristocrat will merge NeoGames with its Anaxi group to form Aristocrat Interactive. NeoGames will see its CEO Moti Malul serving as the new entity's CEO. Aristocrat has been looking to be a big name in the real money gaming platform business for years, and the hope here is that the purchase will allow the company to do just that.

NeoGames has offices in New York, Ukraine, and Israel, and operates in several markets around the world. The group provides casino, online sportsbetting, and online lottery services in those areas.

Aristocrat CEO Trevor Croker commented on the deal's finalisation, noting: "We're thrilled to welcome NeoGames to Aristocrat. The acquisition of NeoGames and its leading global online RMG platform adds to our increasing organic capabilities and will ensure that we deliver on our strategy by providing a portfolio of end-to-end solutions for iGaming, iLottery and OSB operators globally. I also congratulate the addition of NeoGames to our team to be the leading gaming platform for the regulated online RMG industry Moti Malul on his appointment as CEO of Aristocrat Interactive, and also welcome NeoGames' talented leaders and broader team of 1,200 people around the world to our business."
