WorldMatch Partners With Betano in Portugal

Betting software group WorldMatch is expanding its footprint, as they've partnered with Betano to offer their games in the Portuguese regulated market.

The deal will see Betano's casino offering the full slate of WorldMatch's slot library. Titles making their way over include Heart Majesty, Book of Pharion Deluxe, and Empire Rise of Rome. The company will also be deploying WorldMatch's new slots as they're released. The company's newest game is Boo! Beat Megaways, which are playable now as the games have gone live.

This is the latest move to help expand WorldMatch's reach, as the company recently agreed to a distribution agreement with EGT Digital for the Bulgarian market.

Commenting on the deal, WorldMatch Commercial Director for Iberia and Latin America Carlos Garcia Carvajal said: "We are very pleased to further expand our reach in Portugal by going live on the Betano brand. We strive to find partners in strong commercial areas and are delighted to partner with them. We are excited to bring our innovative and engaging games to Betano's renowned platform and look forward to seeing players dive into the extensive range of gaming options we offer."

Betano's Ricardo Branquinho da Fonseca added: "For Betano Portugal it is crucial to find partners that help us diversify and bring more value to the product and gaming experience we offer to our customers. We are very pleased with this partnership and the added value WorldMatch brings us."

Last week we reported on how Betano became the shirt sponsor for Premier League club Aston Villa FC, helping expand the brand's visibility throughout Europe, where it operates in a number of countries. The company is currently active in Germany, Romania, the UK, and Spain, among others.
