MGA Cancels Rush Gaming's Licence

In January we reported that the MGA suspended Rush Gaming's gaming licence. Today, we can report that the regulator has officially cancelled the gaming operator's licence due to non-compliance by the company.

Rush's licence was given seven days from March 11th to advise players of the cancellation, pay any outstanding balances to the regulator, and remove any MGA logos or mentions from its websites. Rush Gaming runs Onebet and Fansbet. The MGA said that the move was made using regulations 9(1)(c) and 10(1)(a) of the Gaming Compliance and Enforcement Regulations of the country.

Rush Gaming has the right to appeal the decision, but no comment from the company was made.
