Rush Gaming Maltese Licence Suspended

Betting operator Rush Gaming has had its Malta gaming licence suspended today by the Malta Gaming Authority, affecting both the FansBet and OneBet websites.

The reasoning for the suspension weren't given, although the MGA said that licences can be suspended if they breach the country's gambling regulations or laws.

The operator must allow users to access their accounts and funds, with monies owed being paid out accordingly. The sites must also stop gambling operations that take place under the MGA licence. Any logos or claims that the company has ties to the MGA must also be removed from the sites.

No comment from Rush Gaming was available at press time. Casino Listings News will be updating readers as we learn more about the enforcement action.
