Ohio Sportsbetting Numbers Jump in November

Sportsbetting continues to be a lucrative market in the Buckeye State, as sportsbetting handle hit $864.2 million in November.

The total is the second-highest recorded since the market launched in January, trailing only the opening month in terms of handle. The number is also up 15% from the month higher.

Online betting handle was $841.1 million, while retail sportsbetting handle was $23.1 million. Revenues for the period were down to $66.6 million, and hold percentage was 7.9%.

Taxes paid to the state were $13 million.

For the year to date, handle sits at $6.83 billion and revenues are coming in at $847.8 million. Tax revenues paid have hit $115.6 million.
