Venetian to Open High Roller Area in Palazzo

High rollers in Las Vegas will have a new spot to visit when The Venetian Resort Las Vegas opens a new high-limit area at the Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino on September 29th.

The new area will be 15,000 square feet in size and will include 67 slot machines as well as video poker machines. A separate area will be reserved for table games with high-end limits. The casino is also boasting a large jackpot section, with some prizes exceeding $2 million. Palazzo staff in the area will be able to hand pay these jackpots, giving players instant gratification for those big wins.

Regarding the launch, Venetian Resort Las Vegas CEO Patrick Nichols said, "We designed our high-limit lounge with the sole focus of enhancing the player experience. We really wanted this lounge to be an elevated but not exclusive destination for our players and a statement of the commitment The Venetian Resort has made to continually invest in our casino guests. This is the next step forward in the resort's multi-year transformation and will provide an artfully designed setting that reflects our vision and exceeds the expectations of our casino guests."

The move to open the new gaming area is part of The Venetian's plan to invest more than $1 billion in redeveloping the casino to modernize one of Las Vegas's most luxurious and iconic resorts.
