Gaming operator Top Sport has been issued another fine by the Lithuanian Gambling Supervisory Authority, this time racking up a €25,000 fine for allowing a self-excluded gambler to bet.
The offence was discovered in March and saw the player able to access their account and play. The player self-excluded from the site on October 31st of last year, but was able to gamble on the site on November 11th and November 22nd.
These breaches put Top Sport in violation of Article 10, Paragraph 21 of the country's Law on Gambling, and the fine was therefore issued.
Top Sport has been fined repeatedly by Lithuania in the past year, having been cited for poor security, allowing bets from outside the country, and more.
Top Sport does have the option to appeal the fines, but no word on whether they'll do so was publicly available at press time.
