This week Wynn Resorts unveiled the design for their Wynn Al Marjan Island casino resort, the first such casino for the company in the United Arab Emirates.

The resort will be the first Wynn property to be located in the Middle East, and will be built on a manmade island within the city of Ras Al-Khaimah. It is reported to have a pricetag of $3.9 billion and will have a gaming floor, 1,500 hotel rooms, a spa and wellness center, dining options, a shopping mall, event center, and other entertainment facilities.

The location is being designed and built in conjunction with Bauer International and ALEC Engineering.

Regarding the design, Wynn CEO Craig Billings said, "We have spent the past year meticulously programming and concepting Wynn Al Marjan Island, carefully considering its unique location. I am incredibly proud of our design and development team's ability to impart our legacy of rich, thoughtful design into a sun-soaked beachside resort that will delight customers, new and old.

"We look forward to opening Wynn Al Marjan Island in early 2027."
