This week betting operator Kindred Group announced that it has partnered with the Swinomish Tribe in the state of Washington and will be providing retail betting services at the tribe's Swinomish Casino & Lodge for at least six years.

The agreement will see Kindred brand Unibet getting a sportsbook at the casino, with kiosks and traditional cashier betting available. There will also be a Unibet sports lounge that'll open later this year and will provide an area for punters to watch events and have drinks. The sportsbook will be the 13th reatil location in the United States for Kindred, as the company operates lounges in the states of Arizona and Pennsylvania already.

Commenting on the launch, Kindred Senior VP of North America Manuel Stan said, "We are delighted to launch the first phase of our exciting retail partnership with the Swinomish Indian Tribal Community. Work continues at pace to build a fantastic Unibet sportsbook lounge, offering customers to the Swinomish Casino & Lodge a truly immersive sports betting experience."

News of the book comes on the heels of Kindred announcing it obtained approval to launch its gaming platform in the state of New Jersey, where it'll provide casinos with additional titles.
