This week the International Tennis Integrity Agency struck once again, suspending American player Alexandra Riley and Slovenian Nastja Kolar after they were found to have violated rules related to gambling.
The ITIA conducted an investigation into the players and found that Riley had committed 15 breaches of gambling rules from between 2015 and 2020, while Kolar was found to have 25 breaches during the same years. Both players were found to have had breaches related to failing to report corrupt activities, conspiracy, wagering, courtsiding, and facilitating wagering.
31-year-old Riley had a high ranking of 691 in 2015, while Kolar held a high ranking of 178 in 2014.
Both players are now prohibited from competing or attending sanctioned tennis matches anywhere in the world.
No comment from either party was available as of press time.

I am trying to remember if I ever bet on these girls. Anyway it's a drop in the sea these two.. Individual sport is dangerous to bet if its not a top level.
It is interesting to see how many of the suspensions come from single player sports, and I never thought about that until you mentioned it. Of course its easier to fix a game when you're one of two participants... I wonder why that never registered with me!
It does not even have to be about match fixing. Side or spot betting would be really easy to manipulate without throwing an entire match - like number of double faults or aces or something like that.

That's another thing I never thought of. The depths of your match-fixing world know no bounds, Ed.
But if they are fixing things such aces and double faults for ex, so betting limits are not very high, also they are not top level players. So question where is possible to bet big amounts on such things? Because only big bets could attract attention.
That is probably how they got caught. When the crooks bet thousands on a specific thing in a match between 2 nobodies it must be very obvious.
