This week the NFL's team owners voted to approve of changes to league policy, which will allow sportsbooks to operate within stadiums and accept wagers on game days starting with the upcoming 2023 season.
There is currently only one sportsbook operating in a stadium, as the Washington Commanders have such a book, but it is possible that with the change there will be more sportsbooks opened up. The Arizona Cardinals, New York Jets and New York GIants have books located outside of the stadium, although it should be noted that the Jets and Giants share the same stadium.
There are 17 NFL teams that are located in states with legal sportsbetting. Teams would be able to take in revenues of up to $20 million on their stadium sportsbooks, with excess revenues having to be shared with the other 31 teams in the league.
The move shows the continued acceptance of sportsbetting by the NFL, which was notoriously anti-gambling until the Supreme Court legalized the activity a few years back.

It's honestly kind of weird that there'd be a sportsbook inside of a stadium with no game-day betting allowed. Only a disaster of a franchise like the Washington Commanders would let that happen...
