Nevada Gambling Revenues Rise 11.7% in February

The state of Nevada saw its gambling revenues grow in February of this year, seeing revenues jump 11.7% to $1.24 billion during the period, this according to the Nevada Gaming Control Board.

The numbers came in ahead of February 2022 ($1.11 billion), but down 2.4% from January ($1.27 billion). The slot vertical saw revenues rise 7.6% from last year to $822.8 million. Multi-denomination slots had $456.6 million in revenue, while penny slots had $265.4 million in revenue.

Blackjack had $114.6 million in revenue, followed by baccarat in $102.5 million. Roulette was in third spot at $40.2 million, and craps revenues were $36.6 million.

Clark County gaming revenues were $1.08 billion, with the Las Vegas Strip generating $712.5 million of that total.

Sportsbetting revenue was $41.3 million, up 33.7% from 2022. $16.6 million came from mobile betting services. Basketball had revenues of $21.8 million, with the NFL generating $9.4 million from the Super Bowl.
