Gaming Innovation Group Enters Swedish iGaming Market

This week game software supplier Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) announced this week that they've broken into Switzerland's internet gaming market through a land casino in the country.

GiG hasn't provided the name of the operator, but the company revealed that they've struck a content agreement with the casino. The supplier will provide the casino with its player account management system (PAM) for a period of at least five years. The service is expected to launch in 2024. GiG has been working to expand services, having recently announced an agreement with Playr.bet in Latin America. The group is working to also expand throughout Europe by signing agreements with other land casinos.

Commenting on the launch GiG CEO Richard Brown said, "Given the expanding scope of opportunity for operators in the region, we're delighted to be entering the Swiss market in partnership with an established land-based brand.

"Our considerable experience at delivering robust and innovative solutions to retail organisations in highly complex regulated business, continues to help our reputation as a provider of choice."
