Microbetting operator Simplebet has announced that they've joined into the International Betting Integrity Association, and will work to ensure the integrity of sports.
The IBIA currently has more than 100 sportsbetting brands and 40 companies that have joined as members, looking to analyze betting trends and crafting integrity policies throughout the world. The organization's partners account for over $137 billion in betting handle annually.
Simplebet is based out of New York, and it offers events on small outcomes during sporting events. The company recently announced a partnership with Caesars Entertainment.
Regarding the membership, Simplebet Executive VP of Business Affairs Melissa Davis said, "Integrity and trust are non-negotiable at Simplebet, so we are excited to be partnering with the IBIA, who are the world's leading independent integrity monitor. Pooling our resources will help maintain fair play in sport, negate corruption in sports betting, and ensure our partners and their customers can enjoy peace of mind when it comes to wagering."
IBIA CEO Khalid Ali also commented, noting: "I am very pleased to welcome Simplebet to IBIA; its membership highlights the operator's commitment to protecting the integrity of betting and related sporting events.
