Tipico Gets Ohio License

Sportsbetting company Tipico is preparing to enter the Ohio sportsbetting market and has begun accepting early registration for players ahead of the market's January 1st, 2023 launch date.

The company is offering different sign-up bonuses for players who register an account. The company already has a free-to-play game that allows players to scratch a virtual scratch ticket that awards free bets and bonuses.

Regarding the launch Tipico US CEO Adrian Vella said, "Our bonus offers will fuel the fire of the diehard Ohio sports fan, eager for heart-stopping sports moments. The Tipico team has worked tirelessly on meaningful product innovation that will inspire new bettors to put their money on the home team."

The state of Ohio is set to launch online sportsbetting in the Buckeye State after governor Mike Smith signed a bill into law that legalized the activity. The state has taken a year to get regulations in place and get the market set for launch on January 1st.
