Major Millions (Almost) Makes a Millionaire

This story was published more than 1 year ago.

Earlier this week a lucky gambler playing the Microgaming slot Major Millions took home the game's progressive jackpot, striking the prize for $978,132.

The win is the 86th progressive win that we've recorded for the game since we started following the prize in December 2009. The average jackpot win for the slot is $771,994, with the largest win on record being $2,801,619, which was hit in 2018.

The Major Millions Jackpot grows with every non-jackpot winning spin of the reels, and pays out when players get 5 of the game's jackpot symbols to appear on the slot's 15th payline. The jackpot is won roughly every 7 and a half weeks.
