GiG Expands Agreements in Portugal and Spain

Betting group Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) has announced that they've expanded relationships with gaming groups in Portugal and Spain, by signing content platform distribution deals with both.

GiG will be working with Caravel Entertainment Limited in Portugal through subsidiary Sportnco. Sportnco will provide sportsbetting services to Caravel brand Moosh, bringing an array of sports wagering options on events throughout the world. The software is being worked into the brand, with the products available in the near future.

Regarding the Portuguese deal, Sprotnco Managing Director Herve Schlosser said, "We are very proud to sign this contract with Moosh, a new GiG customer in the demanding and attractive Portuguese market. has great ambitions domestically and there is no doubt that we are perfectly positioned to be able to respond positively to the new dynamics of this growing Portuguese operator." CEO Martin Bengtsson also commented, adding: "It has been a long process to find the right partner for us, which we have found in the sportsbook and platform provider GiG. Their Sportnco subsidiary is well known for their top-notch sportsbook offering so this partnership offers a strong support for our business, and we are convinced our players will appreciate the new updated sportsbook when we go live."

The deal between GiG and an unnamed Spanish operator will see casino games being added to a land company's offering. The deal will be good for three years, and will go live later this year.
