Betfred Signs With Cincinnati Bengals

Online gaming operator Betfred has announced that they've partnered with the NFL's Cincinnati Bengals, becoming the team's Official Sportsbetting Partner.

The deal will give Betfred an important marketing edge in the Buckeye State, as they're looking to launch a sportsbetting app when the service goes live in January 2023. Having one of the state's most-popular professional teams as a marketing partner is sure provide a boost. Betfred will have fan engagement activities, promotions including the team logo, and more. The cash consideration paid for the promotion wasn't made available.

The news comes as the Bengals applied for a sportsbetting license, making them the first team in the state to do so.

Regarding the deal Betfred Group COO Mark Stebbings said, "This is an exciting opportunity to partner with the Bengals as we continue to expand Betfred across the US and into Ohio with the launch of sports betting in the near future.
