Casino operator Boss Casino has announced that it will be surrendering its Malta gaming license and will be closing its doors permanently, effective June 8th.
The casino held an MGA license since 2018, but is giving up the ghost. The company has already stopped accepting play on its site and is now working to issue withdrawals to players. Those who have a positive balance at the site are being urged to request a payout request before June 8th. After that time the payouts will be conducted via Boss' methods that players used to deposit.
The full statement from Boss on their site reads:" We are sad to inform you that Boss Casino is in process of voluntarily surrendering its Malta Gaming Authority license (MGA/B2C/470/2018) and shall no longer be operating.
"The site is working only for accepting requests from the clients regarding withdrawals and refunds. In this respect, please request the withdrawal of all funds held in your account by the 8th of June. In the event that you do not independently seek to withdraw such funds, Boss shall attempt to remit such funds to you through the same payment method through which you deposited such funds. Please note that such attempts by Boss shall last until the 8th of June. After such date, please contact [email protected] for further guidance on the way forward.
"Please be reminded that all personal data shall, following the closing closure of your account, be processed, recorded and stored in line with Boss's privacy policy as set out in Privacy Policy."

Unfortunately this doesn't surprise me. I used to play at Boss casino quite a bit some time ago but especially in the past few months or even the year, both their product and promotions seemed less and less appealing for players, so I'm guessing they weren't doing well.
