NetEnt Launches 'Funk Master' Slot

Casino game developer NetEnt (an Evolution subsidiary) wants you to don your leisure suit and bust out your disco ball, as their newest game 'Funk Master' prepares to take you back to the 1970s for a chance to win big cash prizes.

Funk Master is a reactor style video slot that sees you trying to combine similar colored disco balls on the reels. Combine six or more and you score a win. All throughout are multi-color disco balls that serve as wilds. If you get three or more wilds on the reels, you set off a feature that gives you six spins. While the spins in the game play out, winning symbols are removed and new symbols cascade down, giving you the chance to string together multiple wins on a single spin.

Funk Master has a posted RTP of 96.04% and has built-in mobile support.

A trailer for the game can be seen below:

Regarding the launch Evolution Head of Business Development James Jones said, "What a fantastic slot theme! Funk Master brings the '70s dance fever back to life with a vengeance. Players will love the Dancing Wilds and the flashing disco balls. The team has worked really hard in bringing the groove to this slot and players are going to thoroughly enjoy this foot-tapping experience."

Funk Master can be played now at casinos that offer NetEnt's gaming library.

I quite like the way the game looks. But it really reminds me of Elk game Cluster Slide. At least the color scheme definitely. But after a long time of quite boring releases, this one looks quite appealing and I might check it out.
