In June visitors to the Live! Casino Pittsburgh will have access to a new event and entertainment space when a 7,000 square-foot opens its doors.

The event space was revealed last December, and will be on the casino's second floor and will be able to host weddings, concerts, corporate functions, or other special events. When it opens, the area will be able to house up to 780 people.

Regarding the launch Live! Casino Pittsburgh General Manager Sean Sullivan said, "We are setting a new standard for all meetings and events in the region with The Venue at Live! Casino. Led by a best-in-class team, this most recent investment is focused on making your experience unforgettable from the moment you step onto our property to the moment you leave."

Live! Casino Pittsburgh is a Class-4 gaming facility and is considered to be a "mini" satellite casino. Last year it generated $101.5 million in gross gaming revenues based off slots, table games, and a FanDuel sportsbook located inside.
