For the first time in over a year IGT's MegaJackpots Progressive prize has been hit, this time for £1,768,998, which makes it the third-largest win in the prize's history.

The win is the 57th that we've recorded for the jackpot prize since we started following it in 2009. The largest win we've ever seen for this prize is £2,148,947, which was hit in September 2013. The jackpot is well above average, as the median prize recorded is £863,011.

IGT's MegaJackpots Progressive is tied to a number of different online slots offered by the company. Games like Cluedo, Monopoly, Cleopatra, and several others are tied into this prize. The jackpot pool grows with every spin of the reels, with a portion of the bet amount going into the kitty. The jackpot is randomly triggered, awarding punters with the epic sum.
