Betting company Delasport has announced that they've obtained a gaming license form the Malta Gaming Authority and will now be able to offer their platform to gambling operators in the country.

Delasport submitted its software for accreditation and obtained approval for its casino platform, sportsbetting platform, and backend management tool, which is known as the Player Account Management service. The company is based out of Gibraltar, and holds a license there as well as in Romania.

Regarding the licensing Delasport CEO Oren Cohen Shwartz said, "We are happy to receive the MGA B2B licence for our casino and sports betting solutions. The MGA licence is an important milestone in our market's availability strategy. In 2022, we plan to enter several new regulated markets around the globe to meet with our partners' expansion strategy."

As of press time Delasport hadn't commented on who they're going to be working with in Malta, but we'll update readers if developments arise.
