Parimatch Tech Purchases PokerMatch, Mr.Fish

European betting group Parimatch Tech has announced this week that they've come to terms to purchase the online poker room PokerMatch as well as marketing group Mr.Fish.

The terms of the sale weren't made publicly available, but Parimatch Tech hailed the purchases (predictably), as the company claims that the deal will Parimatch push itself into the European iGaming marketing game more aggressively.

Earlier this year Parimatch rebranded as Parimatch Tech while shifting its focus toward being a technology and marketing group. The company has a number of franchise partners and is looking to shift into offering services more in a B2B than a B2C role.

Regarding the deal, Parimatch Tech Co-CEO Maksym Liashko said, "Parimatch Tech is excited to join forces with PokerMatch and Mr.Fish to help achieve our big goal - exploring and expanding the entertainment possibilities our users experience by interacting with the Parimatch brand.

"We are certain that the synergy of our expertise will lead to strengthening of the brands of all parties involved. Our business philosophy and approaches are quite similar, and we are excited to join forces with Mr.Fish and PokerMatch to further build and expand our entertainment ecosystem."
