Intralot Turnover Grows in Third Quarter

Gaming group Intralot has posted its third-quarter 2021 financial results, noting that turnover was up 8.2% for the period.

The group said that turnover hit €100.2 million, up 8.2% from last year, due to markets recovering from Covid restrictions, which have been slowly eased up in markets. Turnover from tech supply deals was €56.2 million, with €33.2 million coming from licensed B2C operations. Game management turnover was €10.3 million.

Gross gaming revenue from gaming was €12.6 million. B2B contract revenues was €67.9 million.

Cost of sales for the quarter was down to €71.4 million. Gross profits were €28.8 million. After operating expenses were considered, EBIT was up to €6.3 million.

Taxes paid were €3.7 million.

Commenting on his company's performance Intralot CEO Sokratis Kokkalis said, "The nine-month results reflect the continuing strong operational performance combined with the positive impact of the capital structure optimisation agreement achieved in the beginning of August.

"The robust improvement in the cash flow generation and high EBITDA margins enhanced by reduced future debt servicing costs, highlight Intralot's strengthened overall financial profile and prospects to pursue new opportunities for growth through strategic partnerships."
