Betixon Gets Dutch License

Gaming developer Betixon has announced that they've been granted a gaming license in the Netherlands, allowing the company to offer games to casino operators within the country.

This deal means that Betixon's full suite of games like Boots of Luck, The Sakura Legend, The Secret of Holmes, and more than two dozen other games being made available. Betixon has a large base throughout Europe, having obtained licensing in Romania, Greece, Malta, and the United Kingdom.

The Netherlands opened its regulated gaming market on October 1st and has a limited number of operators that have begun offering casino and sportsbetting services to customers in the country.

Betixon has introduced a number of game mechanics, the latest of which is called PowerUpSpins, whose first three games are slated to launch this month and into 2022.

Regarding the licensing Betixon CEO Lior Cohen said, "The Netherlands is one of the most important markets in Europe and we believe that it will grow at a rapid rate in the coming months and years now that a proper regulatory framework is in place.

"Our slots have been designed to deliver an exceptional player experience on mobile and each game is packed with eye-catching graphics and animations that we combine with smart math and mechanics to ensure players are entertained with every spin.

"We will be going live with our first operators shortly and looking forward to partnering with more as we establish Betixon as a leading content provider in the Dutch market."
