A Swedish court this week announced that they were reversing a licence suspension of Vivaro Gaming by the country's gaming regulator Spelinspektionen due to the company's failure to launch their site.
Vivaro Gaming, which is owned by BetConstruct, filed an appeal following the suspension, noting that the Covid-19 pandemic was the primary cause why the launch had yet to occur. The company initially obtained its licenses on June 3rd, 2020, and had to launch within that year.
The court agreed with Vivaro and is giving the chance to launch its site. In lieu of the suspension, Vivaro is being given a warning to start getting its site launched in the market.
As of press time we still don't have a firm launch date for the company's site, but will be updating readers as we learn more.

I've played at different BetConstruct casinos and have to say I've never been a fan. The game selection is average and I've experienced multiple technical issues at their sites.
