Sweden's gaming regulator Spelinspektionen has announced that they're booting Indigo Soft, the parent company of operator Cashalot due to targeting players in the country without a gaming license.
The regulator said that the site was specifically targeting players in Sweden, and that the site is only licensed in Curacao. The operator reportedly used the Swedish language in marketing materials and players from the area were not restricted from being registered. Spelinspektionen said that they gave the operator the chance to respond, but received no response.
Indigo Soft has been ordered to leave, and if they don't they may face fines. If the fines don't resolve the issue, it'll turn to law enforcement to prosecute the case. Spelinspektionen also reserves the right to go to court in order to block payments to the operator.

Definitely not a pleasant day for Indigo Soft company, which I haven't heard before. But surely, if they didn't have the Swedish license, it's inevitable for this to happen.
Well I wish Sweden good luck in fining a company set up via Curacao to be unregulated and untraceable. That is the whole reason they run their casino from there. The fact the operator didn't even respond to the issue shows you how much they care.

Yeah, that's my thoughts. Unless you intercept payments, how're you going to hit them anywhere that counts?
