Gaming operator Unibet has signed a content deal with Playtech that's good for the United States, which will see the latter's games being offered at Unibet's brands in the country.

The first state to get the games will be New Jersey, a location in which Playtech is already live. Additional markets like Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Indiana will also be coming down the pike. Playtech is already live in Michigan, New Jersey, Indiana, and Pennsylvania thanks to an agreement with Parx Interactive, where they provide their slot machines.

Playtech is known as one of the larger software developers in the world, having developed hundreds of slots, table games, video poker machines, and even expanding out into the world of live dealer services.

"We are delighted to announce this exciting step in Playtech's US growth," said Playtech COO Shimon Akad. "Unibet delivers a fantastic entertainment experience to its US customers, and we are proud to partner with them to deliver Playtech's casino software as part of their market leading offering - starting in New Jersey.

"Playtech continues to partner with the leading operators in New Jersey to bring its industry leading Casino software to the U.S. market and we look forward to continuing to expand into new states."
