Habanero to Go to Ghana With Betway

Game developer Habanero Systems is heading to Ghana thanks to a content deal that they've signed with Betway Ghana that'll see them providing their full suite of games to the casino.

Under the terms of the deal, Betway Africa will get access to Habanero's slots like Hot Hot Fruit, Wild Trucks, Candy Tower, and Jellyfish Flow Ultra. Additional games will also be added as they're developed, with games like Fly! also coming when its released later this month. Betway is also active in Kenya, South Africa, and Uganda and is known as one of Africa's most popular betting brands.

Habanero has cited Africa as a keystone for their overall expansion as a betting company. The group has eyes on expanded markets and will be counting on growing internet access in Africa as a key to their growth.

Regarding the agreement, Habanero's Arcangelo Lonoce said, "This deal is a decisive move forward in our penetration of Africa's regulated landscape, and we see the highly dynamic African market as a truly promising area for Habanero to continue to grow in."

Betway Ghana Head of Marketing Kwabena Oppong-Nkrumah added: "Betway has always considered Africa as a distinctive market, one where we can grow exponentially. Thanks to the latest deal with Habanero, we can now strengthen our leading position with the studio's hugely exciting titles."
