SoftSwiss Team Gets Anti-Fraud Certification

This story was published more than 2 years ago.

Gaming software group SoftSwiss announced that its Anti-Fraud team has completed courses in Know Your Customer and Customer Due Diligence from the International Compliance Association, getting a new certification.

The two new certifications are going to help the company provide better customer support and decrease the time for the associated processes with customers. This could lead to faster payouts and dispute resolution. Furthermore, it's possible that the enhanced compliance could help the company obtain additional licenses in regulated markets.

Regarding the certification SoftSwiss Anti-Fraud Team Lead Anastasia Vyshinskaia said, "Our team is always eager to learn and this time we're excited to announce that two of Anti-Fraud team members graduated from the course in KYC and CDD. Similar to the whole SOFTSWISS brand, our team is striving for excellence in all services, from investigating abusive behaviour to recognising and detecting suspicious player activity and cases of identity thefts."

SoftSwiss is known for its white label platform as well as its aggregation platform that supports cryptocurrencies. The company has been keeping busy recently, having signed a number of content and distribution agreements with fellow betting companies.

I think it's great they've completed this course and as a gambling company it's vital that the people who work for a gambling company are educated in these areas, including anti fraud. Well done Softswiss.
