North Carolina is getting a new casino for visitors to test their luck with as the Catawba Indian Nation is opening its Two Kings Casino Resort beginning tomorrow.
The casino will be having a pre-launch beginning on July 1st, with a ceremonial ribbon-cutting taking place at 9:30 in the morning. The site will be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will include 1,300 slots, table games, a bar, and a restaurant serving up food to customers.
The casino is the first part of an overall resort plan that'll feature hotel rooms and more. That facility is expected to run in around $273 million in total.
When all is said and done, it's expected that 2,600 people will be employed by the resort with additional jobs being added to the area nearby.
