Online gaming group Microgaming has announced that they've partnered with hospitality group Solverde out of Portugal.

The deal will see Solverde.pt getting access to Microgaming's iGaming games, which include hundreds of slots and table games, including the jackpot smash Mega Moolah. For Microgaming, this deal helps solidify the Isle of Man-based developer's presence in Portugal, as Solverde is the largest online brand currently operating in the region. The deal is being facilitated through Prima Networks Limited, who helps operate the Solverde casino and sportsbook site.

Solverde has been around for nearly 50 years, putting out five casinos and four hotels across the country. Online betting has been established in Portugal since 2016, offering regulated services to punters.

Commenting on the agreement Solverde Group Director Americo Loureiro said, "We are very pleased to partner with Microgaming. Such an experienced and pioneering online game supplier is a perfect match for Solverde. We've been operating casinos for almost 50 years and have the largest online portfolio in Portugal with more than 1,200 casino games available anytime, anywhere at Solverde.pt."

PNL Managing Director Rupert Dix added: "The regulated Portuguese online gaming market is proving to be a success story and Solverde.pt is playing a leading role in that narrative. This is just the beginning of a great relationship that will grow and grow as we steadily build our portfolio of titles for Portugal."
