Yggdrasil and 4ThePlayer Partner Up For Gigablox

This story was published more than 3 years ago.

Betting software groups 4ThePlayer and Yggdrasil are expanding their relationship to see 4ThePlayer adopting the latter's Gigablox game mechanic for their upcoming games.

The deal will see the developer gaming access to the mechanic through the Game Engagement Offering as part of the YG Masters Programme and can then be built into the different games that the company puts out. Yggdrasil developed the mechanic and saw it brought onto popular games. Other game mechanics like Splitz and MultiMAX are also available as part of the program.

Commenting on the deal Yggdrasil's Stuart McCarthy said, "Our mechanics significantly elevate the games incorporating them and add new levels of excitement and engagement that will have players coming back for more.

"We are excited to expand our partnership with 4ThePlayer and to see them release games using Giglablox™ which will strengthen their existing portfolio."

4ThePlayer's Chris Ash added: "Innovation and entertainment are key elements for us when we're creating new games, and you can find both in Yggdrasil's impressive Gigablox™ mechanic.

"We already have an exciting concept for a Gigablox™ game and look forward to releasing it later this year."

We'll be sure to let readers know when the upcoming game with the Gigablox mechanic will be launched.
