Punter Scores Record-Setting $139,328 Pay Dirt Jackpot

This story was published more than 3 years ago.

Earlier today a punter scored a rare jackpot win for the WGS Technology Pay Dirt slot, taking home a record-setting $139,328 win in the process.

The jackpot win is the fourth that we've recorded since we started tracking the jackpot in December 2009. It's the largest that we've ever seen won, and it easily edged out the previous record of $121,542. It takes roughly two years on average to see a jackpot win for this game hit.

Pay Dirt is only available at a handful of casinos such as Liberty Slots, Lincoln Casino, and Red Stag Casino. This small number of casinos is the reason why the jackpot climbs at such a small rate.

We'll be sure to update readers as we learn more about the win.
