Online casino operator Entain has announced that they've partnered with security group Synalogik to enhance various aspects of its operations.
The deal will see Entain using the Scout solution from Synalogik, which will enhance existing security checks related to player identity, credit checks, and other financial indicators. For customers, this means that response times for checks will take seconds rather than several hours or longer. It'll also help Entain maintain its standing in regulated markets like the UK, where its Foxy Bingo, Ladbrokes, and Coral are among the largest online brands.
Synalogik already has its toes in the gaming industry, as they've partnered with Betway to help that operator with identity checks. As of press time we don't have a timeframe for when the system will be fully integrated.
Commenting on the deal Entain Director of Customer Protection Brendan MacDonald said, "This delivers on our vision of leveraging innovation and technology to create the best experience for every customer whilst delivering the highest standards of compliance effectiveness and corporate governance."
Synalogik CEO Gareth Mussell also commented, noting: "We are delighted that Entain is using our Scout system to support its compliance and governance processes.
"This unique solution provides an enriched customer view, in near real-time, drawn from multiple data sources, which enhances decision making and delivers significant efficiency and cost savings."
