The Canadian province of Alberta has revealed that its state-sanctioned betting site Play Alberta is adding live dealer casino games from industry titan Evolution.

The first six games in the deal are already live, giving Albertans the opportunity to play live dealer baccarat, roulette, Infinite Blackjack, and Ultimate Texas Hold'em, among others. The two parties are working together to add more games down the road, with the possibility of draw games and others all coming down the pike.

Play Alberta is owned by the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission and serves as the only licensed option for gamblers in the province.

"The launch of AGLC is another proud moment for Evolution in the roll-out of our services in Canada," said Evolution Commercial Director Jeff Millar. "We are committed to delivering enhanced online gaming choice and entertainment for Albertans in the most exciting way possible with our world-leading games portfolio."

Punters who want to play the games will be required to be 18 years of age or older and physically located in Alberta at the time of the wagering.
