Rivers Casino Schenectady to Open Free Dealer School

Last week the Rivers Casino Schenectady announced that they'll be opening up a free dealer school, which will provide training on a variety of casino games for an attempt to be employed at the location.

The school is a six-week free course and will start on March 1st. There'll be morning classes running from 6am to 10am as well as an afternoon class from 1pm to 5pm. Those who successfully complete the school and gets a New York State gaming license will be offered a job at the Rivers Casino Schenectady. Table games like blackjack and roulette, to novelty games are going to be taught at the school.

Those interested in attending the school will have to be 21 years of age or older. Benefits at the casino include time off, medical and dental insurance, a retirement plan, and tuition reimbursement. Those who want to attend can apply on the casino's website.
