Internet sportsbetting brand FanDuel has announced that they've signed NBA legend and commentator Charles Barkley as an ambassador for the brand moving forward.

As a result of the deal Sir Charles will pimp the FanDuel brand on the TV station TNT due to a previous deal between FanDuel and Turner Sports. Barkley will make predictions and guarantees about the games taking place on the night of the broadcast while also promoting the betting group. Barkley will also create content for the FanDuel brand online.

Commenting on the agreement FanDuel's Mike Raffensperger said, "I want to be the American sportsbook of record, and to do that, I need more than advertising. I need partnerships with critical leagues, teams and media entities like TNT where sports betting is in front of the fans."

FanDuel has established itself as a major sportsbetting brand in the United States, having their daily fantasy sports in the majority of states while offering sportsbetting services in states where the activity is regulated. Additionally, the company is offering online casino services in states like New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and will be launching in Michigan in the near future.
