Live! Casino Pittsburgh Opens its Doors

The brand new $150 million Live! Casino Pittsburgh has opened its doors in a soft-opening this week, becoming the latest betting location in the Keystone State to offer services to gamblers.

The facility is located 30 miles outside of Pittsburgh and will feature 30 tables as well as 750 slots, as well as a FanDuel sportsbook. There are also dining outlets, music locations, and an entertainment complex for all ages.

The casino is expected to have a $188 million in economic impact on the area annually and pay about $47.5 million in tax revenues. The casino will employ 500 people. It's not known whether or not the Cordish Companies-owned property will offer an online casino to those within the state.

Commenting on the launch Cordish Companies' Jon Cordish said, "Live! Casino Pittsburgh is a world-class destination that will set the gold standard for gaming, dining, and entertainment in the region."
