Swedish developer Yggdrasil Gaming has worked in conjunction with AvatarUX to release the slot 'CherryPop', which was designed as part of the YG Masters Programme.

CherryPop is a 5 reel video slot that can expand up to a 5x9 reel set in certain conditions. The game has a set of retro slot symbols like diamonds, horseshoes, bells, clovers, and more. Features include free spins, a gamble mode, and built-in mobile compatibility. The slot was developed as part of the YG Masters Programme, which allows smaller developers to design and distribute games using Yggdrasil's GATI technology.

A preview of the game can be seen below:

Commenting on the launch AvatarUX managing director Marcus Honney said, "CherryPop takes our mechanic and adds a thrilling theme with impressive win potential, and we can't wait to see how it is received by operator partners across the globe.

"Since joining the YG Masters programme, we've been able to focus purely on our game design which has led to our Popwins titles becoming very popular throughout Yggdrasil's distribution network. The end-to-end integration through GATI has been effortless, with a record fast implementation. GATI is the studio developers' dream."

Yggdrasil's Stuart McCarthy added: "We're thrilled to be releasing our third title with AvatarUX. With their innovative Popwins mechanic proving a real industry hit, we're really excited to launch CherryPop to the market.

"Our YG Masters programme continues to go from strength to strength and our partnerships have never been stronger with members."
