Betsson to Pull Back Three Brands in UK

Betsson is simplifying their presence in the United Kingdom, pulling three of their licenses, leaving only the Rizk brand as operating within the country.

The UK isn't a primary market for Sweden-based Betsson, and they're pulling back a bit to make sure they aren't overspending resources in Britain. The company will be pulling Kaboo, Guts, Casino Euro, Betsafe, Live Roulette, Racebets, Jackpots247, and their namesake Betsson casinos from the country.

Operators are finding it a bit more difficult to offer products in the UK as regulations tighten on marketing their services. To this end, Betsson did say that one of their gaming licenses was being investigated by the UK Gambling Commission, although the reasons for the investigation or the brand involved were made available.
