Gambling software giant International Game Technology (IGT) has entered the North Dakota sportsbetting market after they signed a deal with the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians.

The agreement will see IGT providing sportsbetting services to the tribe's Grand Treasure Casino and Sky Dancer Casino and Resort. The casinos will get self-service kiosks as well as trading services. It's not known as to whether or not the casinos will be assembling full sportsbooks on-site.

Commenting on the deal the Chairman of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Jamie Azure said, "By leveraging IGT's proven PlaySports solution, Turtle Mountain will launch an exciting sports betting operation at Grand Treasure and Sky Dancer casinos backed by best-in-class technology, services, and flexible self-service products."
