BetMGM Partners With Las Vegas Raiders

This story was published more than 4 years ago.

American online betting brand BetMGM has announced that they've signed an agreement with the Las Vegas Raiders of the NFL and will become the team's Official Sports Betting Partner moving forward.

The agreement will see BetMGM becoming a founding partner of the new Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, which is slated to host its first game next week. The company will get signage and branding at the stadium, and there'll also be a MGM Resorts VIP entrance for those that qualify via playing at the casino or through the app.

Raiders fans will also get notifications from BetMGM about the group's app and provide exclusive promotions for Raider Nation.

The Raiders relocated from Oakland, California to Las Vegas this past offseason, and are known for their rabid fanbase, who often dress up in black and silver and go crazy during gamedays. The team is hosting their first game at Allegiant Stadium on Monday Night football on the 21st, as the Raiders will host the New Orleans Saints.

Lots of these deals coming down the pike. Such a weird look, as NFL and other leagues were so anti-sportsbetting... until it became apparent they could pocket money.
