Malta Revokes Join Games License

This story was published more than 3 years ago.

Today the Malta Gaming Authority has announced that they've revoked the gaming license of Join Games after the regulator found that the group violated regulations.

The company was able to offer B2B services through Malta, and it runs a JoinGames.net site. The license was yanked because the company didn't seek approval from the regulator before appointing new directors, failed to submit documentation, and failed to pay fees.

Join Games must allow players access to their accounts and refund all funds to those owed balances. The company does have the option to appeal the decision, but no choice or indication on whether they will or won't was available as of press time.
