Vivaro Gets Swedish Gaming License

This story was published more than 1 year ago.

Betting firm Vivaro (a BetConstruct subsidiary), has been granted a gaming license by Spelinspektionen, which serves as the gaming regulator for Sweden.

The license will allow the Vbet and Ohmbet brands to offer online casino games and sportsbetting services in the country, with the license running through June 2023. The company is a subsidiary of BetConstruct, and uses the company's platform to offer games to punters, which include slots, table games, video poker machines, and more. For Vivaro, the license is the latest in a major market for the company, as it has previously been sanctioned in both Malta and the United Kingdom.

As of press time we don't have a timeframe for the launch of the brands in Sweden, although we reckon that it won't take long before the sites launch in the new market.
