Microgaming has announced that their PlayItForward campaign has raised £30,000 for charity for 2019, with total donations reaching £210,000 since the program's formation.

There were six charities that got the money, which were: Save the Children, WaterAid, Foodbank Lifeline Foundation, Childline, Unicef, and GamCare. The charities were decided on based on votes from various regions, including Malta, the UK, Africa, Gibraltar, and the rest of the world. Without a doubt, there's going to be another edition of this charity drive this year, although no names on the potential causes is available.

Microgaming CEO John Coleman spoke about the donations, noting: "I'd like to thank all of our customers for their generous votes and for supporting our Gift of Giving initiative for the seventh year running. Involving the wider industry in CSR is important to us at Microgaming, which is why we included the new responsible gambling category - giving back is what we are all about. Well done to the winning charities in 2019's campaign and we hope these donations will help you to keep doing what you do best."
